Hydration

Hydration – it’s not just for 🌱

More than 50% of our body is made of 💧! We absolutely need #water to make sure our bodies can do the important things like regulate our body temperature🥵🥶, transport nutrients, & excrete waste (yup, pee).

How much fluid do you need per day? ¹

🚹19+ yrs: about 1️⃣6️⃣ cups a day

🚺 19+ yrs: about 1️⃣2️⃣ cups a day

H2O is one way to get your daily dose of #fluid but DYK that we eat about 20% of our fluids? 🍉 🍜 Fluid can come from foods, drinking water, and other beverages (like juices, #milk, ☕️, #tea, sports drinks and 🥤).
